Participating floats come to Broadway Park starting at 5 for Judging Parade starts at 6:30 pm
Parade starts at 2nd & Broadway by the Judicial Center after PHS Band joins in.
Parade route down Broadway Goes from E. 2nd & Broadway to 11th & Broadaway
