- Leadership Plainview: The Leadership program, in its 23rd year, identifies and educates future leaders of our community. By application, 25 local/area leaders are selected to participate. All applicants must be Chamber members.
- Student of the month recognitions

- Partnerships: The Chamber creates opportunities for partnerships between education, the business community and service providers to help develop the area's future workforce.
- The Chamber identifies apprenticing, interning, mentoring and
shadowing opportunities for high school and college students.

Advisory |

- Public Policy Committee: Members convene to monitor local government regulation of business and offer advice regarding methods to minimize government interference in business decisions.
- Education Advisory Committee: Members convene to examine how area citizens are prepared to contribute to the workforce and advocate methods of preparation that contributes to business prosperity in the community.
- Election Events Task Force: Members convene to coordinate the publication of the Chamber Voter's Guide and forums for members to meet City and County Commission Candidates.
